FROM SOUTH: Take I-95 (Rt 128) north to Exit 42 at Montrose Street. Turn left at the end of the off ramp on Salem Street and take a quick right onto Montrose Street. Take Montrose Street one mile to the end and go right on Water Street. Take a quick left onto Farm Street and go past Wakefield High School to Hemlock Street (Sign for Northeast Metro Regional Technical HS at turn). Go left on Hemlock up the hill to the Northeast Metro HS. Gym entrance is on the left side of the building.
FROM NORTH: Take I-95 (Rt 128) south to Exit 42 at Audubon Road. Turn left at the bottom of the ramp toward Salem and Montrose Streets. Go under I-95 to Salem Street. Turn right on Salem and take a quick left onto Montrose Street. Follow directions above to Northeast Metro Tech HS.
